Once we have confirmed a date, time and location for our visit, I will provide my telephone number for your use in contacting me on the date of our appointment, should the need arise.  If you choose to use this phone number to contact me outside of the above parameters, please understand that I will probably not return your call.  My telephone is rarely on, and I only check voicemail messages in the hours leading up to a scheduled appointment.

 

I endeavor to reply to all e-mail correspondence within the day it is received, however I do have a full-time career outside this line of work, and I travel frequently.  Consequently, it may take up to 48 hours for me to get back to you, but I will always try my best to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. 

 

A detailed and pertinent subject line (such as "Appointment request for May 2nd") will help me to identify messages requiring immediate attention.
